TEXTILE CITY Bhilwara is the industrial town and is known as "the city of textiles & looms". It is famous country wide for the textiles industry. Bhilwara’s industries including cotton milling, hand-loom weaving, and the manufacture of hosiery and metal were (especially tinned utensils). It has a hospital and a number of colleges affiliated with the University of Rajasthan.
